About Jessica Smith, LMFT
Jessica struggled with her mental health as an adolescent, which persuaded her to persue a career in the mental health field. She is board-certified and specializes in children older than 6-years-old and adults until the age of 30. Jessica works with patients suffering from anxiety disorders, co-parent support, school issues, sibling dynamics, self-harm, and suicide ideation. She offers group therapy, family therapy, and provides LGBTQ+ care. Jessica believes in the Mind-Brain-Body Center and works to improve her patients’ self-esteem and relationships. Jessica utilizes attachment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, strengths-based therapy, mindfulness, and other modalities.
