About Tybreisha Terry, LCSW

Tybreisha Terry specializes in helping patients process major life changes, overcome lifelong trauma, and understand their feelings and wellbeing. She recognizes this process can be overwhelming and guides patients to use the innate tools they already have. Tybreisha’s approach includes solution-focused therapy, play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and a narrative approach. She teaches self-care by keeping the mind and body active. Tybreisha has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and a master's degree in social work from a joint program at A&T State University and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, walking outdoors, and spending time with family, friends, and her Boston Terrier.
