About Tiffany Smith Gishizky, PMHNP

Dr. Gishizky is a board-certified PMHNP who received her Baccalaureate degree in nursing from Pacific Union College and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of San Francisco, where she also taught as adjunct clinical faculty in the graduate program. She has prior experience providing primary psychiatric care within a community health clinic in Napa Valley. In this setting, Dr. Gishizky had the privilege of treating individuals with complex mental health conditions as well as those that are otherwise underserved. She is passionate about a “whole person” approach to patient care. This is demonstrated through helping the individuals she treats to progress toward balance, improved function, and mental wellness, both through medication treatment and education.
