About Thomas Ball, MD
Dr. Thomas Ball is board-certified in both psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry. Dr. Ball specializes in medication management for children and adolescents. He believes that everyone has strengths that can be built upon. He finds great meaning in partnering with young people and families to see those strengths and to work together as a team towards shared goals. Dr. Ball trained at the University of Virginia where he was president of his medical school class, as a resident received an Arnold P. Gold Foundation Humanism and Excellence in Teaching Award, and served as the chief fellow of the child and adolescent psychiatry training program.
