About Tanasha Hooks, LCMHCTanasha became a mental health clinician to help people heal. She is passionate about self-discovery and empowering people to find happiness from within. Tanasha works with adolescents and adults and understands that change is not always easy. Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Tanasha’s treatment modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy, reality therapy, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. She creates a non-judgmental atmosphere where each patient is offered dignity and respect. Tanasha supports her patients through changes with treatment plans that encourage growth. She enjoys traveling, gardening, interior design, making candles, and meditating.
