About Stacey Seay, LPC, LSOTP, LCDC, NCC, CART, ABS
Stacey is a Nationally Certified Counselor, holding three separate counseling licenses. Her approach is eclectic and integrative, infusing encouragement with psychotherapy techniques, like cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy. Stacey’s patients should expect some laughter and believes merriment is a great healer.
Over the last 15 years, Stacey has worked in forensic settings and learned the value of treating the whole person. She helps patients identify and heal the deeper issues that often underlie behavioral problems, including attachment problems, issues of shame, self-doubt, difficulty with emotional expression, differentiation from family of origin, unresolved losses, grief, and resolving internal conflicts. She is also licensed to treat sex offenders and those who experience hypersexual and dysfunctional or problematic sexual issues.
Stacey enjoys water activities, running, singing, and playing games.
