About Shane Carswell, PMHNP
Shane is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and family nurse practitioner with more than five years of experience. He specializes in children, adolescents, adults, and members of the LGBTQ+ community with ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and depression. Shane has a holistic approach utilizing medication management, meditation, and mindfulness. He found his passion for helping others while working as a grief counselor. Now Shane is motivated to remove the stigma and normalize getting treatment for mental health. A native of Florida, Shane has traveled to five of seven continents, more than 37 countries, and about half of the US states.
