About Shane Carswell, PMHNP-BC

Shane is a board-certified psychiatric mental health and family nurse practitioner with over five years of experience. He works with children, adolescents, and adults with ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and depression. In addition, he also provides gender-affirming care. Shane's holistic approach uses medication management, meditation, and mindfulness. He found his passion for helping others while working as a grief counselor. Now, Shane is motivated to remove the stigma and normalize getting treatment for mental health. A native of Florida, Shane has traveled to five of seven continents, more than 37 countries, and about half of the US states. He enjoys raising orchids and has two rescue bulldogs.
