About Sasha Hamilton, LCSWSasha fell in love with therapy while working with seniors during an internship in her last semester of graduate school. Since then, she has worked with individuals, families, and groups. Sasha specializes in children and families with anxiety, depression,and behavioral issues. She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, parent-child interaction therapy, solution-focused therapy, and strength-based therapy. Sasha is certified in providing military behavioral health. She has been a vegetarian since she was three years old and is the only vegetarian in her family.
