About Nicole Bencito, PMHNP

Nicole Bencito is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from California State University, Long Beach. Nicole has many years of experience working in both outpatient clinics and acute, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, where she combined her clinical skills and compassion to provide quality care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric clients with psychiatric/behavioral health disorders. Her expertise includes the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of adult ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders.

Nicole takes a holistic, client-centered approach to care and believes in the importance of building therapeutic relationships with her clients. She has made a personal commitment to help fight the stigma surrounding mental illness and works to foster an environment that empowers clients to live happy, healthy, and fulfilling lifestyles. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring different restaurants, and traveling.
