About Meaghan Cotter, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C
As a dual board-certified psychiatric mental health and family nurse practitioner, Meaghan values individuals as unique and their own storytellers. She helps with anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, and women’s health. Meaghan also helps members of the LGBTQIA+ and provides gender-affirming mental health care. Her approach is patient-centered and trauma-informed, acting as a collaborative, non-judgmental, safe, and empowering guide. This approach accounts for all our experiences and aims to move toward healing. Life can create hard moments that we experience and that hurt can affect our emotional and physical bodies. Meaghan has always wanted to help others from an early age. She believes her experience in nursing school solidified the importance of the human experience while surrounded by those who care. Meaghan enjoys being outside hiking, running, and staying active. She also loves art, yoga, and nursing her body with good food.Education & Certifications
