About Mary Barine, LCMHC
Mary focuses on adults using cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and motivational interviewing to explore self-defeating thoughts and negative perceptions to help gain new insights. She is certified to work with members of the military, domestic violence survivors, and those who are multicultural and faith-based. She is guided by Isaiah 41:13, “Do not fear; I will help you,” and is fluent in Swahili.
