About Krishna Vijayasarathi, DO

Krishna Vijayasarathi, D.O. (Dr. Vijay) is a board-certified psychiatrist who treats children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Vijay received his medical degree from the Western University of Health Sciences. Afterward, he went on to complete his psychiatry residency at UCLA KERN, and his child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at the University of South Caroline, Prisma Health.

Dr. Vijay believes that physical health and mental health are linked and it is important to take care of both the physical as well as mental.  He believes in using a holistic approach and looking at people from the biopsychosocial perspective.  He also believes in providing compassionate patient care to all those he treats in order to help them achieve the very best versions of themselves.

Dr. Vijay was raised in Arizona and in his free time, he enjoys staying active, playing tennis, and surfing.
