About Kimberly Garrison, PSYD

Dr. Kimberly Garrison has over 20 years of experience providingtherapy to adults. Dr. Garrison believes that therapy is comprised of three components: building relationships, telling your story, and taking action together. She provides LGBTQ+ care, couples and marital therapy, group therapy, and family therapy utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy and internal family systems therapy. Dr. Garrison works flexibly and organically to guide her patients to achieve their goals. She helps identify stressors that have negative impacts on energy, including repetitive thoughts, worries, and self-criticism. Dr. Garrison educates her patients on the impact of culture and community on their behaviors and habits.
