About Kelli Gaskill, PMHNP
Kelli Gaskill is a firm believer that it is possible for someone to create a life worth living for themselves. She also believes that a person asking for help to do that with either medication, psychotherapy, or a combination of both, is not a weakness but a strength. Kelli understands that life can be very difficult, but the key is to find meaning in your day-to-day experience and pockets of humor, joy, and happiness where you can. She prides herself in being genuine in her caring and compassion for her patient. She prefers to see patients as people rather than as the diagnoses they have been labeled with. Kelli was known for her emotional support to patients and their families while working as a nurse, where it was then suggested by a nursing colleague that she consider becoming a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner — which she agrees was the best choice for her. Kelli is very passionate about reducing the stigma surrounding mental health challenges and increasing access to quality mental health care for everyone who needs it.
