Dr. Karthik Cherukupally focuses on child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry. Dr. Cherukupally enjoys working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. He provides a holistic treatment approach that considers biological, psychological, social, and environmental factors rather than just the symptoms. In addition to medication management and talk therapy, Dr. Cherukupally incorporates mindfulness and meditation techniques for a healthy mind and body. He also provides psychoeducation to improve the understanding of mental health and remove the associated stigma. Dr. Cherukupally completed his residency at Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn and his fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He enjoys fusion cooking, photography, visiting national parks, and exploring different cultures through travel and cuisine.
