Karina was inspired to become a clinician after starting her own therapeutic journey at the age of 17. She specializes in adults with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, parenting issues, self-esteem issues, and trauma. Karina utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems therapy, person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness. She is committed to providing support and understanding throughout the therapeutic process.
