About Julie LaFreniere, PMHNP

Julie is board-certified with over 30 years of nursing experience in long-term care, inpatient, and outpatient facilities. She has experience working in underserved, rural communities with limited access to resources. Julie works with adults and seniors and brings a holistic, evidence-based approach to therapy utilizing medication management, mindfulness, nutrition, exercise, socialization, and spirituality. She wants her patients to feel empowered, be part of decision-making, and improve their well-being. Julie enjoys baking, boating, camping, cooking, fishing, and gardening.
