About Ji Lee, PA

Ji Lee believes psychiatry is one of the most misunderstood and overlooked fields of medicine, given ailments are not always visible or measurable. She values trust and open communication with her patients to correctly diagnose and manage their behavioral health concerns. She aims to make a positive impact on her patient’s wellbeing. Ji knows that behavioral health can often determine an individual's short and long-term happiness, goals, relationships, and quality of life. Similar to physical pain, Ji states that emotional and mental ailments can be just as difficult to deal with. She recognizes this stigma and hopes to help fight it by providing her patients with support and be a valuable resource to those seeking help. As a daughter of first-generation immigrant parents, Ji feels her experiences have helped shape her to better appreciate how each person is unique. She understands everyone carries distinctive backgrounds, cultures, and life experiences that shaped their perspective of the world today. Ji strives to help her patients understand their diagnosis and empower them to make their own knowledgeable decisions to reach their own health care goals as much as possible. She adds that it can be difficult to acclimate to any new medical diagnosis (mental or physical) and she hopes to work with each patient to help them adapt to their new or ongoing concerns.
