Visited the Bush Street location in Raleigh yesterday. The facility is undergoing renovations and appointments are held on the 2nd floor. I was in my battery-powered scooter and accessed the second floor using the elevator. During my session, the building and surrounding areas were hit by an interruption of electrical service. This building does not have a backup generator to power the elevator; I was stuck on the second floor. After waiting for power restoration for over an hour, I attempted to navigate the stairs to the first floor. I cannot speak highly enough of the MindPath staff in their efforts to assist me in descending the stairs. Their support, concern and assistance was very touching and greatly appreciated. Many of the Staff remained after normal business hours to assist me. Wonderful people... wonderful support!!Please express my thanks!
