About Jennifer Fields, PMHNP-BC

Jennifer is dual-certified as a family nurse practitioner and a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She works with pregnant and postpartum women. While working in an OB/GYN office, Jennifer noticed many patients could not obtain mental health care due to a lack of insurance. She went on to obtain a post-master’s degree that would allow her to support women during their prenatal visits. Jennifer collaborates with patients to create an individualized care plan that promotes recovery. Her treatment modalities can include cognitive behavioral and supportive therapies. Jennifer loves to travel, ride her Peloton bike, and spend time with her family and friends.
