About Janet Sharma, PMHNP-BC

Janet is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner focused on treating anxiety, depression, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, and women’s mental health. She believes therapy is critical to one's mental health journey, as it helps solidify new views and coping skills. Janet has experience in the emergency department and inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. She has worked with patients from diverse backgrounds across all ages. Janet understands that growth is not linear and that the ability to change remains with us. Janet enjoys teaching and learning from others, spending time with her family, and hiking new trails while sipping on a hot cup of coffee in her free time. She is also fluent in Spanish.
