Online platform was easy to use, there are a lot of options for therapists, and the online waiting room for telehealth was securing and straightforward. Dana Bennison was fantastic for me. She listened, held space, and understood when to let me process and when to offer insight/perspective. She was kind, positive, respectful, and knowledgeable. At times she was challenging and didn t shy away from tough concepts - rather, she leaned into those uncomfortable moments until we met a breakthrough. I often left my sessions relieved, refreshed, unburdened, and heard. For me, she offered a perfect balance of involvement and witnessing that allowed me to make my own decisions and feel seen. I am endlessly grateful for her time, professionalism, attention, and care. I never felt like she overstepped boundaries - she never coddled or babied me, never tried to be my friend, never shared personal information irrelevant to our time, and always kept me accountable for my own life. When I did feel like a situation was seen wrongly, she was quick to resolve the upset and made sure I was safe and cared for. Can t recommend Mind Path highly enough.

Dana is the most compassionate and articulate therapist I have ever worked with. She leaves space for conversations and when she speaks she is direct, compassionate, and forthright.
