Courtney’s family history of substance abuse solidified her interest in mental health care and wanting to be part of the change. She collaboratively works with her patients by showing them ways to be present. Courtney realizes that life can be overwhelming, and individuals need assistance to get back on track. She is board-certified and specializes in adults utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, patient-centered therapy, and motivational interviewing.
