About Cara Kaul, MD

Dr. Cara Kaul focuses on women’s mental health and perinatal and reproductive psychiatry. Dr. Kaul uses conservative medication management combined with cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and mindfulness interventions. She works collaboratively with her patients to empower them to create a life filled with connection, meaning, and purpose. Dr. Kaul loves drawing and baking to express herself creatively and clear her mind. She completed her general psychiatry residency at Florida Atlantic University.
