Dr. Cara Kaul is board-eligible in general psychiatry and specializes in women’s mental health and perinatal and reproductive psychiatry. Dr. Kaul utilizes conservative medication management combined with cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and mindfulness interventions. She works collaboratively with her patients to empower them to create a life filled with connection, meaning, and purpose. Dr. Kaul loves to draw and bake to express herself creatively and to clear her mind. She completed her general psychiatry residency at Florida Atlantic University.Education & Certifications
