About Camellia Douglas, PMHNP

Camelia is board-certified and provides psychiatric and mental health care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for young adults, adults, and seniors. Her background in nursing, including caring for those in an acute care mental health facility, is where she reaffirmed her passion for helping others who suffer from mental health challenges. Camelia also has experience working with patients in outpatient settings. She uses psychotherapy as an essential mode of mental health treatment combined with a compassionate patient-centered approach focusing on the importance of education and self-advocacy for each patient.
