About Ami Pearse, DNPDr. Ami Pearse works with adults with anxiety, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, autism, bipolar disorder, depression, eating disorders, excoriation (skin picking) disorder, non-suicidal self-injury, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, schizophrenia, and social phobia. Dr. Pearse has experience treating college students, veterans, members of the LGBTQ+ community, patients with early adverse childhood experiences, patients with intellectual or developmental disabilities, and pre- and post-menopausal women. She helps patients find their own knowledge to lead to growth and overall wellness. Dr. Pearse believes encouraging one person leads to enriching changes for those surrounding them. She is the oldest of 11 children and has five younger sisters and five younger brothers.
