About Alix Perez, LMFT
Alix is passionate about unveiling societal challenges, generational trauma, negative core beliefs, and systemic oppression, with formative relationships at the core. She is board-certified and specializes in adults and families, women’s issues, sexual abuse, domestic violence, substance abuse, relationship issues, and co-dependency. Alix utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, Alternatives for Families: cognitive behavioral therapy, and narrative therapy as a trauma-informed evidence-based treatment.
