About Alexandra Koch, PA-C, MHS

Ms. Koch believes in a holistic approach to healthcare. In order to effectively manage a chronic health condition, whether psychological or physical, Alexandra maintains that it is essential to treat the whole person, while considering their unique life circumstances. She knows that we cannot be at our best mentally when physical health is compromised, and vice versa. Alexandra is excited about de-stigmatizing mental illness, building empathetic and honest relationships and encouraging her patients to become the best versions of themselves. She enjoys taking the time to educate patients about evidence-based lifestyle modifications and complimentary treatments that can boost the efficacy of and/or serve as alternatives to prescription medications.
