  • Day-to-Day – Practice model is typically Monday-Friday seeing an average of 6 patients per day

Responsibilities

  • Provide initial assessments, check-ins, and offer appropriate referrals within Mindpath
  • Supporting patients through assessments of their current mental state
  • Identify areas of concern and develop a plan of therapeutic treatment
  • Collaborate when necessary for best patient care and experience
  • Must be willing and capable of providing treatment for the following: Mental Health Consultation, Adjustment Disorder, Greif/Loss, Anxiety, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Depression, Panic Attacks/Disorders, Personality Disorders, Stress / Stress Management, and Trauma/PTSD.

Qualifications

  • Experience and scope of practice to include treating child/adolesent and adults
  • Current State License
  • Must reside in the state of practice 
  • Excellent verbal / written communication skills – timely notes and documentation
  • Bilingual is preferred – not required
